Our Weekly Worship Program - General Information

Sev
enth-day Adventists choose to worship God because we believe He is our Creator and Redeemer,

Who deserves our praise and honour

Exodus 20:8-11 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy... For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: Wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day and hallowed it.

Based on the Word of God, we believe that Saturday is the special day that God alone set aside for the purposes of holy use, and for all humanity, since the beginning of the creation of the world, to spend time worshipping and honouring our Holy God.

We can worship God in many different ways, including through Bible study, prayer and singing praises to Him, and sharing the good news with others. We can do this personally, when we are alone, and as meet together with fellow believers at church.

There are no strangers here;
Only friends you haven't met yet

(William Butler Yeats)

Y

You are welcome to come "just as you are". If you are comfortable, we're happy! Come now, just as you are but beware, you may not remain as you are! God has the power to change your life for the better!
